What is the difference between the phases and how does it work?

How long is the process of the phases and implementing the platform?
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on tiers. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, and can maintain their goals on there own. From there they can take advantage of our new community group. While others may engage in our Fractional COO service as their approach to achieve more substantial transformations.
In regards to implantation, typically, if we build out the platform for your brand as a part of the onboarding feature, (available within each tier) we give a minimum turn around of 3 weeks to build out your entire backend within the implementation phase. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with us to determine the best timeline for your brands journey and exactly which phase is the best starting point for your brand..

Do I have to start off in the "thinking partner" phase or can I start with any phase?
Here are some suggestive steps to answer that question:
Step 1. We suggest you take a look at the "Our Approach" page to give a more detailed understanding of how we can assist you.
Step 2. We suggest you take a look at each platform tier: Essential, Pro, & Suite. To discover what each tiers foundational features are. These features and subscription plans are found on our sister site : The Cubator Software.
Step 3. There is an intake form that you will complete to give us a basic overview of your brand. You will have an option to determine what tier you believe should be the starting point for your brand.
Step 4. After subscription plan purchase, we review your intake, then we move forward in what we call a , "discovery appointment". This will help us collaborate on your specific needs as a brand. Prior to that call, you will answer a series of question that will be sent to you via email. It helps us establish a report with your team leads and how we can best serve your brand.
I am confident In my brand but need a software platform to operate it. Can I just utilize the software program by itself?
Absolutely! Our goal is to help nurture and elevate your brand. Choose from one of our tiered plans and seamlessly begin managing your backend operations. We still like to take our clients through the discovery call because we believe in building relationships not just platforms.
